This Cajun blend is a take on the legendary spice blend from the bayous and swamps of Louisiana. Cajun packs a chili kick, with plenty of garlic and a hint of dried thyme.
TO USE: Add cajun seasoning to taste in your favorite dishes like gumbo, red beans & rice and jambalaya. Or, use it to create blackened fish or chicken.
