MeatyMite is a big bold seasoning packed with true Aussie flavour. This blend combines rich savory and umami notes for added depth and complexity. You can use it on its own, or layer it over other Hardcore Carnivore rubs for a big boost of taste. We recommend you give it a shot on just about everything - lamb roasts, a seasoning layer on briskets, eggs for breakkie, enhancing the flavour of a gravy. We’ve tried it on beef ribs, chicken tenders, pork shoulders, pho bowls, steaks... the list goes on, and it tastes bloody fantastic on all of it.
