For over 30 years, Linda has made this beloved relish, adapted from an old family recipe using the moderate warmth of Cayenne chillies.

Sweet with a bit of bite — a family favourite everyone can enjoy.

How to Enjoy It:

  • Make a brilliant cheese jaffle or quesadilla.

  • Swap it for quince paste on your cheeseboard.
