Linda's Asian Plum & Chilli Sauce

$18.00

Traditional Cantonese-style plum sauce with a zingy twist from Linda’s Sweet Chilli Relish.

Add to stir-fries, use as a dip for spring rolls, or glaze BBQ pork, duck, or chicken to perfection.

Made in Mudgee, NSW

Heat 1/10 This is a vibrant, fruit-driven Cantonese-style plum sauce, with just a touch of our Sweet Chilli Relish to round out the flavour profile. Mariposa (blood) plums are pureed with Chinese 5 Spice and other beloved Asian ingredients, to create a perfectly balanced sauce that’s sweet, tangy, and subtly spiced — ideal for glazing, dipping, or drizzling.

How to Enjoy It:

  • Perfect as a sauce for Peking Duck wraps with spring onions on Chinese pancakes (or small tortillas).

  • A wonderful glaze or side sauce for all things pork — from egg and bacon buns to braised pork shoulder, belly, or ribs.

  • I even use it to glaze my Christmas ham!

  • A delicious sandwich spread for roast pork, shaved ham, or corned beef.

  • Use it in stir-fries with pork, chicken, or veggies.

  • A tangy dip for dumplings or a simple sauce for snags.
